📋 Description

• Lead pension system interfaces; map requirements to config.
• Manage data conversion projects and ensure best practices.
• Liaise with onshore data leads; maintain risks and maps.
• Influence COTS prioritization with business analysts.
• Align pension interface config with specs and unit tests.
• Mentor team; deliver on time across multiple projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of 6-8 years in the field.
• BCA/BSc/BTech/MCA or equivalent.
• Good understanding of the DB Domain.
• Hands-on exposure to Configuration and Basic programming.
• Strong team-building and leadership capability.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
