Subject Matter Expert in process, domain, and system.
Leads data testing projects: data requirements, testing plan, loading & testing.
Provides process/technical support to team members.
Liaises with onshore Data lead on clarifying requirements.
Ensures adherence to best practices and drives process improvements.
Mentors and coaches team members.

🎯 Requirements

Proficient in T-SQL coding concepts
DB Domain knowledge
Data testing process knowledge; experience in at least 2 end-to-end data testing lifecycles
Ability to write very complex T-SQL queries
Strong communication skills
Hands-on knowledge of ADO; Agile methodology
