Applications Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyzes customer inquiries to design equipment for the application.
• Assists with technical development and risk assessment of inquiries.
• Develops cost estimates per guidelines.
• Sets product pricing using markup and commission schedules.
• Determines drawings needed for quotation and coordinates completion.
• Follows up on written/verbal customer communications during quotation.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Zeeco products or combustion engineering, focus on Flare System.
• Experience with proposal management and issuing quotations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe) and web-based systems.
• Ability to develop cost estimates and price quotes per guidelines.
• Strong communication and techno-commercial negotiation skills.
