Applied AI Architect

📋 Description

• Advise the customer's own AI architects. Act as trusted technical adviser and shape design/build
• Consult across the engagement: run discovery, workshops and architecture reviews, translating
• Architect multi-agent systems hands-on: co-design orchestration, tool use, memory, routing and
• Build reference implementations and accelerators: working prototypes, reference architectures
• Solve hard production problems: hallucination under load, tool-call failures, runaway agent loops
• Set the technical bar: own technical architecture and standards for complex agentic engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years designing/architecting systems.
• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience architecting and running AI/agentic systems in production.
• Track record of client-facing or consulting work advising engineering teams or technical
• Direct experience designing multi-agent architectures: orchestration, tool use, memory, routing
• Production experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock
• Strong grounding in evaluation, observability and reliability for AI systems: eval suites, tracing
