📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and advisory engagements with customers to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Advise on end-to-end AI deployment: model selection, training, and inference optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to qualify AI opportunities and build proof-of-value prototypes.
• Create AI enablement content for field teams, partners, and customers.
• Present at conferences, publish technical content, and engage with industry partners.
• Operate autonomously in ambiguity, scoping and delivering high-impact initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent through publications and production experience.
• 8+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems in cloud or on-prem.
• Deep expertise in modern AI/ML incl. LLMs, distributed training, inference optimization, and alignment.
• PyTorch, vLLM, Ray, Kubernetes; Spark, Snowflake, Kafka.
• Able to scope and carry out research projects that support business goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
