📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI systems for enterprise customers.
• Partner with customers to translate needs into architectures and plans.
• Work hands-on on code, evaluation systems, and integrations.
• Decide on model behavior, reliability, latency, cost, safety, and governance.
• Help customers move from prototypes to production systems.
• Collaborate with OpenAI product, security, and Go-To-Market teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record delivering AI/ML systems in enterprise settings.
• Strong Python; plus knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is valuable.
• Experience evaluating AI systems with data, graders, and production signals.
• Experience with integrations, reliability, observability, security, privacy, data governance.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer workflows and outcomes.
• Clear communication with engineers, leaders, and executives.
