Applied AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and extend AI platforms and tooling; improve reliability and integration with internal systems.
• Architect internal API layers and shared services for AI workflows across engineering.
• Identify and build AI-powered tooling that leverages the Corporate IT stack (infrastructure, identity, monitoring, automation).
• Develop PoCs that demonstrate AI can augment internal workflows (e.g., anomaly detection, AI-assisted docs, IT troubleshooting).
• Containerize and orchestrate AI workloads with Docker and Kubernetes for reliable deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible (IaC best practices).

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience owning or extending LLM-powered platforms (RAG, prompts) and production LLM APIs.
• AI infrastructure expertise: model serving, inference optimization, MLOps pipelines.
• Python and/or TypeScript for integrations and internal services; REST APIs experience.
• Strong AWS experience: EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC; Docker/Kubernetes familiarity.
• Terraform & Ansible for IaC; GitHub CI/CD; Artifactory for artifacts.
• Design internal API layers; strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
