📋 Description

• Own AI features end-to-end from problem to GA.
• Manage rollout tiers from prototype to GA with baselines.
• Build and defend evals with gold datasets and metrics.
• Lead the semantic stack: retrieval, embeddings, vector stores.
• Improve output quality with context, prompts, and per-customer generation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineers; engage with users.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years software engineering; shipping ML/LLM features to production.
• Think in problems; identify real customer needs behind prototypes.
• Deep knowledge of LLM app engineering, evaluation, retrieval, embeddings.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript; Node.js/NestJS; MongoDB experience.
• Proficient with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot); ownership.
