📋 Description

• Advise on evals, agent architectures, context engineering, costs.
• Hands-on support to partner engineers via pair programming.
• Develop public goods infrastructure through benchmarks and Agent Skills.
• Identify social-impact partner challenges; share insights with product/engineering/research.
• Create demos, docs, tutorials to speed adoption.
• Shape team processes and culture as we scale 1 to N.
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or founder.
• Prod exp building LLM apps: prompting, context, agent architectures, evals.
• Shipped products; credible builder; can speak from experience.
• Experience in edtech/healthcare/science/nonprofit or mission-driven orgs.
• Love teaching, mentoring, helping others succeed.
• Scrappy; wear multiple hats; drive clarity in ambiguity.
