Applied AI Engineer - Hiring Automation (CEO's Office)

📋 Description

• Own and scale our internal AI talent acquisition platform.
• Build automated pipelines for sourcing, screening, and evals with LLMs.
• Design AI-conducted interviews and structured screening flows.
• Integrate ATS, scheduling, and comms to minimize human touch.
• Own end-to-end architecture, data models, prompts, and eval design.
• Work side-by-side with the CEO's office and talent team daily.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering with production systems you own.
• Strong applied AI/LLM engineering: prompts, evals, agentic architectures.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Experience automating end-to-end workflows — pipelines and integrations.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier program.
• Self-directed and decisive; in SF, commit to 5 days/week.
