• Design, build, and maintain a skill/concept graph linking skills, roles, domains, and content

• Develop ML models to infer learner skill levels from usage, work, assessments, and profiles

• Build and iterate on recommendation systems surfacing next best modules and learning paths

• Partner with frontend engineers to ensure AI outputs are used with appropriate context
\n
• Define explainability standards so users understand why a recommendation was made
\n
• Collaborate with product and content teams to validate recommendations and close feedback loops
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 5+ years of experience in applied ML or data science with production recommendation/personalization systems
\n
• Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs, graph databases, or ontology design
\n
• Experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering for generative features
\n
• Hands-on history shipping LLM-based systems to production, including deployment and evaluation
\n
• Advanced Python proficiency and experience architecting robust, production-grade applications
\n
• Deep familiarity with the modern AI stack: retrieval, agents, context engineering
\n
