Applied AI Lead

📋 Description

• Hands-on technical role building AI-enabled solutions in client environments
• Bridge AI tooling with OT/legacy IT systems in energy, transportation, and industrial settings
• Collaborate with AI Transformation Managers to translate business needs into technical delivery
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery and hand-off to client teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to practice development
• Build reusable accelerators and reference architectures for ETI practice

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of software/AI/ML experience with production deployment
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI: LLMs, AI agents, copilots, RAG, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python or other languages; experience with AI/ML frameworks and at least one cloud
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems, data platforms, or OT/IT environments
• Comfort working with client technical teams and explaining trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
