Applied AI Lead

📋 Description

• Hands-on technical role building AI-enabled solutions in client environments
• Bridge AI tooling with OT and legacy IT systems in energy, transportation, and industrial settings
• Collaborate with AI Transformation Managers and internal AI/Data colleagues on live engagements
• Own technical delivery end-to-end, including testing and hand-off to client teams
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans
• Work directly with client engineering, data, and IT/OT teams to understand constraints

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years building and shipping software or AI/ML solutions with production deployment
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI: LLMs, AI agents, copilots, RAG, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python or a similar language; experience with AI/ML frameworks and one major cloud
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems, data platforms, or industrial/OT environments
• Comfort working with client technical teams (engineers, data teams, IT/OT staff) and explaining
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
