Applied AI Lead

📋 Description

• Hands-on technical role building AI-enabled solutions in client environments
• Bridge modern AI tooling with OT/legacy IT in energy, transportation, and industrial settings
• Work alongside AI Transformation Managers on live client engagements
• Design, prototype, and ship AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows inside client systems
• Write production-quality code to move from pilot to scaled deployment
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into delivery plans

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years building and shipping software or AI/ML solutions, with production deployment
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI: LLMs, AI agents, copilots, RAG, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant language; experience with AI/ML frameworks and one major
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems, data platforms, or industrial/OT environments
• Comfort working with client technical teams and explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
