• Senior, startup-style role building production software
• Lead zero-to-one AI initiatives and V1 releases
• Hybrid role: 3 days/week at Madhive HQ in NYC
• Work with leadership to turn ideas into production AI solutions
• Collaborate across teams to ship revenue-generating AI features
• Operate in an innovation factory to expand surface area with new capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience or founding/early-engineer background
• Zero-to-One project delivery from idea to live users
• Broad full-stack and AI-native tooling skills
• Proficient with production prototypes, AI coding agents, eval/observability
• High technical bar, collaborative, adaptable
• Open to innovators outside ad-tech
