• Shipped LLM or RAG systems to production with reliability, latency, and monitoring.
• Built agentic or multi-step orchestration (tool use, routing, planning).
• Strong coding ability and production-grade code.
• Solid offline evals, A/B testing, and causal thinking.
• IC5 signals: set tech direction and own architecture.
