📋 Description

• Advise healthcare/payer clients on high-value AI opportunities
• Lead discovery workshops to define AI use cases and roadmaps
• Guide AI initiatives from strategy to production deployment
• Design AI solutions for payer workflows (claims, utilization, etc.)
• Build solutions with LLMs, RAG, automation, copilots, agentic AI
• Define governance and responsible AI practices for regulated environments

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technology consulting or solution delivery
• Proven experience applying AI in production environments
• Direct experience with health plans or payer operations
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, agentic AI
• Experience in regulated environments with HIPAA compliance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
