Applied AI Senior Consultant

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted AI advisor to healthcare clients and payer organizations
• Lead discovery sessions and solution-design workshops for AI use cases
• Guide AI initiatives from strategy through pilot, deployment, and optimization
• Design AI solutions for payer workflows (claims, care, member services)
• Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and agentic AI
• Establish governance, human-in-the-loop controls, and responsible AI practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in tech consulting or delivery
• Proven track record deploying AI in production environments
• Experience with health plans, payers, or managed-care organizations
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and agentic AI patterns
• Experience with HIPAA compliance, privacy, security, and governance
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
