🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in tech consulting or solution delivery.
• Proven production AI implementation experience beyond prototypes.
• Direct experience with health plans, payers, or managed-care organizations.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and agentic AI.
• Experience in regulated environments with HIPAA compliance knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
