📋 Description

• Serving as trusted AI advisor to healthcare clients and payer organizations
• Leading discovery sessions and solution-design workshops for AI use cases
• Guiding AI initiatives from strategy through production deployment and optimization
• Designing AI-powered payer solutions (utilization management, claims processing, care management)
• Defining solution architectures integrating AI with client systems responsibly
• Supporting business development, pre-sales, and RFP responses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in technology consulting or related field
• Proven experience applying AI in production environments
• Direct experience with health plans, payers, or managed-care organizations
• Expertise with LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, copilots, and agentic AI
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and responsible AI in regulated environments
• Strong solution architecture and stakeholder communication skills
