📋 Description

• Partner with product managers, analysts, business sponsors, and customers to identify pain points
• Lead AI initiatives from initial concept through architecture, prototyping, development
• Design fit-for-purpose solutions incorporating AI agents, tools, data retrieval, integrations
• Develop architectures that balance performance, scalability, reliability, and cost while adhering
• Build prototypes to validate assumptions, test technical approaches, and demonstrate value before
• Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automate repetitive

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent
• Demonstrated success translating ambiguous business challenges into practical, production-ready
• Hands-on experience building applications with large language models, including AI agents, tool
• Strong experience in solution architecture, solutions engineering, or a comparable role involving
• Confidence writing, reviewing, debugging, and maintaining code using AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to design and implement integrations between AI systems, data sources, enterprise
