📋 Description

• Design and develop demonstration systems highlighting real-world use cases.
• Create CAD models, assemblies, and BOMs using MISUMI components.
• Build and test physical training kits and modular systems for university and customer use.
• Document designs with clear technical narratives, instructions, and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to translate systems into learning experiences.
• Partner with marketing to develop application-driven content (videos, case studies).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years in mechanical design, systems engineering, or product development
• Strong CAD and assembly design skills; parametric modeling preferred
• Experience designing manufacturable systems, fixtures, or automation equipment
• Hands-on fabrication and prototyping (machining, 3D printing, assembly)
• Strong systems-thinking and attention to detail
• Clear communication of technical designs to engineers and non-engineers
