🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Education, or Instructional Design
• 3-5 years in instructional design or curriculum development in STEM
• Strong STEM education principles and project-based learning
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning experiences
• Familiarity with LMS and digital content tools
• Excellent collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
