📋 Description

• Lead Applied Learning programs with employer partners using Navigator product.
• Translate employer needs into learner and administrator experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement programs.
• Independently manage external partner relationships and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide insights from employer work to guide solution evolution.
• Support adoption of Guild's mission and expand market reach.

• Experience in content development, product operations, and customer implementation.
• Deep knowledge of education technology, learning experience design, or workforce development.

• Interest in evolving toward Product Management or Design.
