📋 Description

• Collaborate with GTM team to deploy ML solutions.
• Build and present PoCs demonstrating AI capabilities.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications.
• Contribute to the internal ML platform with features and bug fixes.
• Integrate and enable new ML models into platform/client environments.
• Improve system performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering, customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Python with strong coding skills.
• Ability to lead and execute complex technical projects with customer focus.
• Hands-on ML fine-tuning experience (SFT, RLHF).
• Understanding of generative AI, ML principles, and enterprise infrastructure.
