📋 Description

• Lead a software team on perception projects.
• Oversee EO/IR and Radar perception pipelines.
• Manage Perception Autonomy service behaviors (camera, tracking).
• Integrate pre-trained models into production perception pipelines.
• Ensure high-quality software for real-world hardware deployment.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to meet milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• MS in CS, ML, robotics, or related field from a top institution.
• 8+ years in perception-related fields (ATR, ML).
• 2+ years leading diverse teams.
• Deploy software to hardware with rigorous verification/validation.
• Perception pipelines using real-time Radar and EO/IR data; SECRET clearance preferred.
• C++/Python production development for detectors/classifiers/few-shot models.
