• Lead a software team on perception and autonomy projects.
• Oversee EO/IR, Radar perception pipelines; plan expansion.
• Manage Perception Autonomy service behaviors.

🎯 Requirements

• MS in computer science, ML, robotics, or related field from a top institution.
• 8+ years in perception-related fields (ATR, ML).
• 2+ years leading teams with varied backgrounds.
• Experience deploying software to hardware with rigorous verification and validation.
• Experience with perception pipelines using real-time data from Radar and EO/IR.
• Experience designing autonomous systems for off-road, maritime, or aerospace.
