📋 Description

• Join our Post-Training Team working on generative video creation.
• Apply DPO to pre-trained models.
• Adapt models by changing conditioning inputs.
• Build solutions for dubbing and evaluate lip-sync quality.
• Implement post-training optimizations such as quantization, pruning, distillation.
• Analyze model performance to ensure high-quality avatar rendering.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Computer Vision / CS with industry experience.
• Knowledge of post-training techniques (distillation, adversarial nets, efficient attention).
• Experience with generative models for images/videos (Diffusion/GAN) in avatar domain.
• Passion for research and pushing boundaries beyond what's known.
• Experience with SDLC tools (Git), CI/CD.
• Proficient in modern ML/DL frameworks and Python.
