📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of Applied Scientists / Data Scientists.
• Define the applied data science vision across product areas.
• Develop ML solutions, analytics, experiments, and causal methods.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Success.
• Operationalize models and deploy production-ready solutions.
• Influence strategy with data-driven insights for exec decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, CS, Economics, OR, Math, ML; BA + experience considered
• 8+ years in Data Science, ML, Analytics, or related fields
• 3+ years leading high-performing data science teams
• Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, modeling, ML
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver data-driven improvements
• Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with large datasets
• Excellent communication to influence executive stakeholders through data storytelling
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to production
