📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and refine NLP/ML algorithms for our products.
• Evaluate model performance and monitor results; assess business impact.
• Manage massive textual data sets.
• Build LLM-based features: reasoning, multilingual and multimodal processing.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design to deploy and scale models in production.
• Publish papers and review submissions to contribute to the scientific community.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, CS, ML, or related.
• 2+ years NLP experience for Master’s or 1+ years for PhD.
• Demonstrated experience with ML, Python, PyTorch, and related tools.
• Broad understanding of current LLM architectures and tuning.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; familiarity with Git.
