📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and refine NLP and ML algorithms for Dialpad products.
• Evaluate and monitor model performance; assess business impact.
• Manage massive textual data sets.
• Build LLM-based features including reasoning, multilingual, and multimodal processing.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to deploy and scale models.
• Submit papers to top conferences and review submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s/PhD in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, CS, ML, or related field.
• 2+ years NLP industry experience with Master’s; 1+ years with PhD.
• Experience with ML, Python, PyTorch, and related tools.
• Understanding of current LLM architectures and tuning techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Git for collaboration.
