Applied Value Engineer - EAM-EMEA

📋 Description

• AI discovery and solutioning: translate customer AI needs into Celonis solutions.
• Hackathons and prototyping: build LLM/agent prototypes for customers.
• Agentic process transformation: enable autonomous AI agents via Celonis PI.
• Proof-of-Value projects: lead end-to-end PoV (architecture, RAG, guardrails).
• Value framing: translate priorities into Celonis use cases and run value workshops.
• Scale value: own the value journey and expansion roadmap with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in analytical roles delivering business value via data analysis and process improvement
• Customer-facing experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or SaaS/IT consulting
• Hands-on Python and AI development; able to prototype AI solutions
• Process mining tools experience; dashboards and apps; domain knowledge in manufacturing/finance
• Project management across multiple accounts with cross-functional teams
• Executive stakeholder management; strong English communication
