Appointment Setter (Talent Acquisition)

📋 Description

• Contact candidates daily through LinkedIn and other platforms using personalized outreach messages
• Manage inbound replies and maintain inbox zero every day, ensuring fast and professional responses
• Qualify candidates through chat and short calls when necessary, assessing their interest
• Schedule qualified candidates directly into the appropriate calendars
• Track, label, and update all leads in Airtable, ClickUp, or other designated systems
• Use automated outreach tools alongside manual follow-ups to maintain strong response rates

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in eCommerce, recruiting, staffing, or appointment setting is preferred
• Strong written English and the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with candidates
• Comfort with daily outreach, high-volume messaging, and managing multiple conversations
• Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to follow-ups
• Experience tracking leads, maintaining accurate records, and following established workflows
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools; Airtable or ClickUp experience is an advantage
