• Collaborate with Pinterest Product Designers and partners on high-impact projects
• Learn design process from ideation to implementation with Engineering
• Collaborate with a mentor to navigate expectations of a Pinterest Product Designer

🎯 Requirements

• Non-tech backgrounds welcome: bootcamp grads, self-taught, or no related degree
• Self-motivated, proactive, curious to learn as a Product Designer
• Learner and builder mindset; onboard to emerging AI tools in product development
• 1+ years of collaborative, clear communication experience preferred
• Full-time during business hours; students in degree programs not eligible
• Practical experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator
