Proactively chase and secure missing Purchase Orders (POs) from clients and sales teams to prevent
Attach/add Purchase Orders (POs) to customer invoices immediately upon receipt and re-issue updated
Set up and maintain customer vendor portals (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Taulia)
Upload final invoices, credit notes, and supporting documentation directly to customer portals

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Sales Operations
Assertive communication style with strong attention to detail and urgency around event-driven
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
