AR & Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Prepare and issue all client invoices each cycle.
• Reconcile tracked hours and variable-fee calculations against contracts.
• Own collections execution end to end, manage AR aging and DSO.
• Run accounts payable in Ramp: enter bills, schedule payments.
• Record invoices and payments in QuickBooks.
• Maintain and improve collections playbook and billing processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in AR, AP, billing, or collections.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong in Google Sheets or Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
• High bar for accuracy, right first time.
• Confident communicator, polite but firm with US clients.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
