AR Credit & Collections Specialist

📋 Description

• Review credit risk and approve non-standard payment terms.
• Analyze credit reports and payment history to assess risk.
• Handle non-standard payment term requests; escalate as needed.
• Maintain documentation of credit decisions and collections.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Billing to support order processing.
• Communicate decisions to Sales, Collections, and Billing stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of order-to-cash processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience using SFDC, D&B, G-Suite and Excel.
• Previous experience managing a credit portfolio in an international context.
