AR Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor offshore AR team: cash applications, invoicing, collections.
• Primary escalation point for complex customer billing inquiries and dunning.
• Own end-to-end cash application for direct bill and AWS customers.
• Drive collections with outside agencies and cash forecasting visibility.
• Manage sales tax and VAT compliance to ensure accurate global invoicing.
• GL responsibilities including reconciling AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of high-volume AR experience
• Netsuite and Salesforce experience required
• Stripe and Zone billing experience required
• Ramp experience preferred
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, Pivot)
• US GAAP knowledge; detail-oriented; strong communication
