• Develop and maintain data/AI strategy and architecture across the portfolio.
• Mentor engineers and leadership with clear patterns and hands-on guidance.
• Lead architecture decisions via ADRs, standards, and design reviews.
• Oversee architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance analysis for quality.
• Standardize end-to-end data flows from ingestion to serving with templates.
• Drive governance-by-design with metadata, lineage, and ownership in platform patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Eng, or related field.
• 7+ years in software development, architecture, and large-scale systems.
• 4+ years in data engineering, data management, or data platform architecture with AI.
• Structured problem solving to turn ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud computing, distributed systems, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Jupyter Notebooks.
