• Masterplanning and site planning across residential, hospitality, wellness, mixed-use
• Architectural design and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams
• Translate design direction into organized architectural outputs
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, visualization, and external consultants
• Ensure design intent and requirements are maintained during updates
• Organize project docs and smooth handovers between teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Revit and Rhino or Dynamo
• Strong architectural planning and spatial thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of coordination, engineering integration, and construction docs workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability
