Architect (Data Centers & Workplace) - Memphis

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and support the construction of advanced data centers and AI infrastructure
• Collaborate with civil, structural, MEP, and fire protection disciplines, as well as procurement
• Create Basis of Design documents and Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for external consultants
• Conduct site visits and assessments to refine designs, incorporating existing site conditions, risk
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning, and environmental standards while providing
• Initiate, scope, design, estimate costs, and execute facility and infrastructure projects critical

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (10-year professional program preferred) from an accredited
• Active Architectural licensure in at least one U.S. state (CA or NY licensure highly transferable)
• LEED AP certification or equivalent in sustainable design.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with direct
