Design and document Microsoft 365 solutions (Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
Configure, customize, migrate and deploy Microsoft 365 workloads
Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, security and performance standards
Create architecture diagrams, governance frameworks and technical documentation
Support Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, enablement and governance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field
4-5 years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
Working knowledge of M365 administration, governance and security
Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot concepts
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
