📋 Description

• Lead the technical architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow
• Translate approved architectural designs and business requirements into scalable, maintainable
• Develop scoped applications that extend native ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities while preserving
• Design and implement application data structures and relationships supporting audit engagements
• Establish robust application security models using Access Control Lists (ACLs), role-based
• Configure application access and visibility rules to ensure users can only view or modify

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise technology, ServiceNow
• Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow Risk Management, Audit Management, and Policy and
• Experience configuring GRC/IRM data structures, including entities, entity types, controls, control
• Demonstrated expertise developing scoped applications that extend native ServiceNow functionality
