• Collaborate with account executives during pre-sales cycles to identify technical and operational
• Lead technical discovery interviews with prospects to understand their ERP, CMMS, EAM and other
• Produce clear integration scope documents, data flow diagrams and effort estimates that will serve

• At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, pre-sales
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and modern integration patterns.
• Deep practical knowledge of APIs, data flows and system architecture, gained by collaborating with
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier or similar).
• Knowledge of SaaS delivery models, including onboarding, post-sales deployment and customer success
