Produce documents to secure construction contractor bids.
Create as-built documents after project completion.
Integrate 3rd party vendor drawings into drawing sets.
Convert Teamcenter, SketchUp, Revu Bluebeam, PDF to Revit and AutoCAD.
Feasibility assessments for architectural, fire/life safety, structural, and MEP.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience creating architectural construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and Revu Bluebeam.
