🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the field of Commercial Architectural Design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Knowledge of computer software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, Google Earth
• Knowledge of building codes.
• Ability to research current local zoning ordinances and regulations.
• Ability to read drawings regarding site conditions such as civil drawings, topography, and wetland
