📋 Description

• Coordinate external architectural partners and consultants through pre-construction, managing
• Manage consultant selection, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management within Homebound's
• Prepare and review construction documents prior to agency submittal and support the permitting

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of architectural experience, with a background aligned with a Project Architect or
• Experience working on single-family residential projects, including navigating zoning, permitting
• Experience in production or semi-custom homebuilding and/or boutique/custom residential design
• Strong eye for exterior architecture, materials, and overall composition
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and/or Bluebeam; BIM experience required
• Understanding of residential construction systems including structural, mechanical, electrical, and
