📋 Description

• Oversees all residential programs and services across the assigned region.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for individuals with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services or related programs.
• 2+ years leadership experience overseeing multiple programs or sites.
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver services, and IDOH/CARF standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tech platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
