Area Director- DD / IDD Services

📋 Description

• Oversee all residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, and state management.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, licensing, and policy development.
• Ensure person-centered service delivery across programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services or similar settings.
• 2+ years of leadership overseeing multiple programs or sites.
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS, and IDOH/CARF standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adapting to new tech.
• Valid driver’s license with compliant driving record.
