📋 Description

• Oversee residential programs across region
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, oversight
• Ensure high-quality IDD/DD services
• Drive growth, new business opportunities
• Manage budgets, staffing, compliance
• Collaborate with Area Managers and state team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services
• 2+ years leadership overseeing multiple programs
• Knowledge of Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver & CARF
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record
